When and where will the BIM DAYS 2026 conference take place?

The in-person conference on May 20 will be held at Crowne Plaza Warsaw – The HUB, Rondo Daszyńskiego 2, Warsaw.
The online conference on May 20, 21 and 22 will take place on the Zoom platform.

Will there be an online live stream?
Yes. The online ticket is free of charge and includes the live streamed program.

How do I get to the in-person conference?
We encourage the use of public transportation.
Is parking available on-site?
Underground parking is available in the Crowne Plaza The HUB building, level -2. Entrance from Towarowa Street. Parking is paid. Payment information is available on the hotel website. The organizer does not guarantee parking availability.

Materials

What languages will BIM DAYS 2026 content be available in?
Conference sessions will be offered in Polish and English. Sessions will be simultaneously interpreted. Interpretation will be available both at the in-person conference as well as online.
Will I be able to view the agenda before the conference?
Yes. The agenda is available at the following link Agenda.
Can I meet with Autodesk experts at the conference?
Yes. Autodesk staff and experts will be available during BIM DAYS 2026 to answer questions related to Autodesk products. If you are interested in a meeting, please email: bimdays@communication.pl.

Registration

How does the conference registration process work?

Registration is available at: bimdays2026.pl/

Registration for the in-person conference (May 20 | In-person in Warsaw) – an application requires an approval by the Organizer. A participant will be notified of his/her registration status by email within 3 business days. If the application is accepted, the participant will receive an email confirmation with a payment link. Registration for the hybrid conference is only valid upon payment of the ticket fee. Once payment is confirmed, the participant will receive a conference attendance confirmation and a VAT invoice by email.

Registration for the online conference – a participant may choose to create an Autodesk account or register as a guest.

How will I know if my application for the hybrid conference has been accepted?
Information on your registration status will be sent to the email address provided in the form within 3 business days of submitting the form.
How much does it cost to attend BIM DAYS 2026?
This year there are two ticket options: an in-person conference ticket and an online conference ticket. The in-person conference ticket costs PLN 500 + 23% VAT = PLN 615. The online ticket is free of charge and includes the live streamed program.
Can I receive a VAT invoice for an in-person conference attendance?
Upon receipt of payment for a conference attendance, a VAT invoice will be issued through the KSeF system.
Can I register multiple persons on my own?
No. All of the participants must register individually.
Can I transfer my BIM DAYS 2026 ticket to someone else?
To transfer your BIM DAYS 2026 ticket, please send a request to bimdays@communication.pl no later than Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
What is the cancellation policy?

Online registration can be cancelled at any time.

For an in-person registration without a registration code, a cancellation with a full refund is available until May 15, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

For an in-person registration with a registration code, a cancellation is possible at any time. Ticket transfer to another person is also available. To do so, please send a request to bimdays@communication.pl no later than Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

Is hotel accommodation included in the registration fee?
Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee. The organizer does not provide lodging.
How can I get a registration code?
To obtain a code, please contact your Autodesk solutions provider or account manager.
What payment methods can I use?
Payment can be made via the PayU system (credit card or online transfer) or a bank wire transfer. Bank wire transfer payments must be made within 4 days of a registration approval by the Organizers.
